Here we’ll talk about each of the seven chak. I’ll try to make it as simple and relatable as possible.

The Root Chakra, oradhara, is located at the base of your spine. It’s your, representing stability and security.

    Associated with: Basic needs like food, shelter, and safety> Personal Insight: When I’ve felt particularly anxious or “uped,” focusing on my Root Chakra through grounding exercises like walking barefoot on grass has helped me feel more secure.

2. Sacral ChakraSvadhisthana)

Located just below your navel, the Sac Chakra is associated with creativity, emotions, and sexual energy.

The Solar Plexus is all about power and will. Located in the upper abdomen, it governs self-esteem and confidence.
